Synopsis

I stopped in on a whim to see the old dive bar where my old man used to spend his days–getting drunk with his boys from the MC. But when I walked in and saw her… I knew I would be back and not just for another round, but to make Shanna mine.
She’s asking for trouble teasing me the way that she does.

I liked the story but felt it was too much back and forth. One minute Duke is going to claim Shanna then the next he’s going to do what’s best for her. I didn’t like how Shanna couldn’t make up her mind with pursuing her dreams and her loved ones had to force her hand. She seemed a little weak. Duke was very alpha male but he was annoying trying to do what’s “right” for Shanna. They had good chemistry but I was kind of disappointed they didn’t get together for real until the very end. Overall it was an okay read and performance.
