After catching her boyfriend cheat on her Cami is just done. Cami goes to her BFF to figure out what to do and decided she wants to move into the house being fixed next door. Cami interrupts Jensen who’s preparing the house to be rented out and she doesn’t like him but Jensen likes her fire. Jensen is a jerk and knows women only want him for his body and he’ll deliver but just once but once his new tenant gets under his skin he’s not that much of a jerk anymore. This book was hot! They chemistry between Cami and Jensen was amazing and I couldn’t stop reading! They found love with each other when they weren’t looking for anything and it was an amazing story to read.

He wore tattered jeans several sizes too big, cinched tightly at the waist with a giant belt. His oversized basketball jersey was tucked in at the front but then hung sloppily down to mid-thigh, and the gold chains around his neck were quintessential douchebag. Add in the aviator glasses and his whole persona screamed he was trying too hard.

“Tomás, welcome back. I assume there were no complications today.” Miguel asked, his hand outstretched to shake mine.

“Yes, sir. Everything went as planned.”

“Wonderful. You know Alejandro, of course. And this beautiful woman is Gabriela.”

My vision was consumed with the woman who stepped forward, her arm looped through the man-child’s next to her. Hair of varying shades of brown, from light to dark, was curled and fell down around her slender shoulders, a few tendrils cupping her perfectly sized breasts. She was absolutely stunning, and everything in me screamed danger.

Well this is dark and intense! If the prequel was this darn good I know the book must be better! It was dark and depraved and absolutely left me wanting more. What happens next?!? Was Drake able to save Caia? I need the story lol!

I enjoyed this book, I thought it was a good start to the series. It kept my attention enough that I’d read more from the series. I liked the action and the interactions between Damon and Farren. I loved how their pack/family was open minded!

I love this series! There’s always some good drama and in this one it was a little twist you didn’t see coming. I enjoyed Mayra and Boink’s story. But neither one of them are good at listening to their instincts lol. I feel like Mayra had no clue how to lay low and it was kind of annoying. She tried to run from the club that was trying to help her and she had no money or anything. Boink seemed like a goof but he really was a good guy. Mayra was a sweetie so I don’t even understand how her and Raven befriended each other lol. I thought this was a good book and I definitely recommend this series.

This was a nice book. Lucky sees Kirsten and it’s kind of love/lust at first sight for him. Kirsten was hesitant to bring Lucky into the problems she has going on but Lucky was not going to be denied taking care of his Angel. Lucky was known to make fun of everyone who settled down and it was only right that his MC family returned the favor. This was a good addition to the series.
